Beginners 2 Ukulele Course

After you’ve mastered the basic chords (including that lovely E and Bb chord) and a range of strums in your 4 week absolute beginners course, you’ll be ready for more! The Beginners 2 course is a stepping stone to the Advanced Beginners material. If you want to explore position 1 chords, lots more strums, and songs before moving onto picking and barre chords in Advanced Beginners, this is the course for you!

Course Overview:

Beginners 2 – more chords and strumming

Who should take this course?

Anyone who has completed Learn To Uke’s absolute beginners can join this course. Or, if you’ve been been playing for a while, or you started learning somewhere else, and are confident with all of the first position chords, and a few different strumming patterns, but want to learn more strumming patterns and a few embellishment tricks.

What will I learn?

More songs, more chords, new strumming patterns and some good tricks to make you sound like you’re playing more complicated things than you actually are.

Why should I take this course?

A bit like the absolute beginners course, it’ll give you a lot of content, so you’ll get 3 songs per week, with more advanced strumming and more chords.

  • Testimonials

I wanted to thank you again for such a brilliant course. I come from a very musical family, yet in the past although I've attempted to learn to play an instrument many times, the process has never been as much fun as I had in your classes nor have I had the enthusiasm to continue to learn. I was so overwhelmed with the kindness, time and patience you showed me and my constant little struggles with the chords!
