I'd tried learning uke before at a different venue with a very different "teacher". It didn't go well, and after 6 lessons jumped ship. Then saw Learn to Uke's ad and thought if give it one more shot. In just one hour I'd learned more from Lorraine about my uke than I had in the whole previous course. Lorraine builds your skills and confidence, managing to keep it relaxed and fun. She manages to do all this whilst also keeping the learning curve steep. Skilled player. Very skilled teacher.
