A: No. You should treat your gift voucher as if it were cash. Once it is in your possession it is your responsibility to keep it securely.

A: Not if the value of your gift voucher meets the value of your booking. The only time we would charge your card is if you are using your gift voucher as part-payment.

A: Gift vouchers have been bought for you by someone else and have few restrictions. Promotional vouchers are issued by learntouke.co.uk for promotional use only and may be restricted for use against certain products or within certain periods, or only when spending certain amounts. Only one promotional voucher may be redeemed per transaction.
