Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or transfer your enrolment to another date, you can have a refund of your course fees, provided that we are notified in writing, one week before the starting date of the course. Cancellation of your enrolment must be made in writing quoting your Order Number # and course code to refunds(at) Please note that all courses include a £15 administration charge, which is non-refundable.

What if the course I have chosen is unsuitable when I turn up to the first session?
If we don’t deliver the course objectives, an alternative will be offered, if available. If not, a refund will be issued, minus the fee for the class you attended and the administration charge of £15. Transfers are limited to one per enrolment, and must be agreed within 24 hours of you attending the class.

What if I decide later on in the course that I do not wish to continue?
We work to a very tight budget and unfortunately, refunds cannot be given after the course has commenced.

What if the course I am interested doesn’t run?
We always keep enrolment open as late as possible, but unfortunately, courses cannot run if too few people enrol. If the course or session you have selected is cancelled, we will try to find you an acceptable alternative. If this is not possible, a full refund of all fees will be made.
